Help me, please!!!

I am in the progress of learning English communicating, but I cannot have some English documents for reference purpose. If someone knows several web-site addresses about these, please tell me! Thanks so much!

1.A certain web-site for practicing English-listening skill, that contains audio files, especially about "English conversations in everyday". Additionally, if possible, it allows downloading these audio files (I want to download them for listening everywhere and whenever I need).
2. English documents for self-studying IELTS?

Note: Anybody knows about these, please share them with everybody, since it is very good for all of us to learn English! Do you agree with me?!
