Panzer Elite Action follows the story of three tankcommanders andtheir crew. The German
commander, flushed with thesuccess ofthe Blitzkrieg in Poland andFrance, moves on to the
EasternFront and the brink of victory with the taking ofStalingrad. We meet the Russian
commander in desperate straits as he helpsdefend Stalingrad, andfollow him as the tide
turns against the Germans and he joins the massive tank battleof Kursk. TheAmerican
commander enters the war on theNormandy Beachhead on D-Day. Afterthe struggle for
the Bocage,he survives thedoomed gamble to take Arnheim, defends theGermanoutbreak
at the Battle of the Bulge, and then drives on to the victorious crossing of the Rhine.
Throughout, the missionsdevelop the "Band-of- Brothers" theme thatbrings out thespecial
bond formed by comrades-in-arms in the heat of battle.
