If only - Ước gì

Perhaps it's only the memory,
Merely the joys and sorrows in life.
But those things i thought were so pointless
Why do they still plague me without rest?
If only,like a childhood without nightmares,
Without pain that draws out ceasalessly,
If only these two shoulders bore a lighter weight,
For i pity those who suffer as i do.


Cũng có thể chỉ là nỗi nhớ
Chuyện vui buồn đời sống mà thôi
Nhưng những chuyện tuởng như vô lối
Làm sao lại day dứt không nguôi
Uớc gì như trẻ thơ không mộng mị
Không nỗi đau đớn giục liên hồi
Uớc gì hai vai nhẹ đặt gánh
Thương cho nguời xót hộ cho tôi.........
