Timur Bekmambetov, the Russian director of Wanted, is the producer of anew Russian film called Chernaya Molniya (a.k.a Black Lightning). Thepremise involves a college kid having no luck with the girl of hisdreams, until he comes into possession of a flying car that makes him asuperhero.
The story concerns a Russian college student who buys a second hand carwhich turns out to have magical powers, yes it can fly, and it turns himinto the superhero who has to protect the city. Think Back to theFuture II meets Spider-Man and you've got some idea of what this movieis about.
